Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom from our UK-based warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch via tracked courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery speed, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

All Kinfolk.Co products are packed in minimal, recyclable packaging — because gear built to move shouldn't cost the earth to get to you. If your order is delayed or something looks off with tracking, reach out and we'll sort it out fast.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not the right fit, or changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Just get in touch with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps — no complicated forms, no hassle.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned item. Sale items and worn or used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If you've got questions about sizing before you buy, reach out first — we'd rather help you get it right than deal with a return later.
